To book, confirm and secure an annual long-term rental accommodation reservation, it will be necessary to make an initial payment and lodge the equivalent of a month's rent in advance as the security deposit, which will be refundable in full on the expiry date of the contract providing the conditions of the agreement have been kept. The same amount must be paid as the first month's rent on your arrival on the island when initially signing the Accommodation Rental Contract.
