We will continuously be adding summer long-term rental property to our portfolio, therefore, if you don’t find what you’re looking for and want to make an enquiry to rent a specific type of summer long-term rental accommodation on Ibiza, which is not currently featured on our website, then please don't hesitate to contact this office with personal detailed requirements at your own convenience.
To book, confirm and secure a winter long-term rental accommodation reservation, it will be necessary to make an initial payment and lodge the equivalent of a month's rent in advance as the security deposit, which will be refundable in full on the expiry date of the contract providing the conditions of the agreement have been kept. The same amount must be paid as the first month's rent on your arrival on the island when initially signing the Accommodation Rental Contract.
