The
services provided are:
Calculate
apartment or villa rental value.
Market
the property through off and online advertising and
local estate agents - plus consult our list of tenants.
Full
inventory - condition of decorations etc.
Arrange
and accompany Tenant to view apartment or villa.
Obtain
references from tenant - Employer References, Bank References
and Court Registrar (for Bad Credit data).
Retain
deposit from Tenant against dilapidation.
Retain
one month's rent in advance.
Organize
insurance policy for proprietor i.e. content and building
insurance.
Ensure
Tenant signature is on property inventory.
First
day Tenant moves into apartment or villa check that
there are no problems.
Inspection
of property on day of rent collection.
Send
monthly Invoice to Proprietor.
Transfer monthly rent received to Proprietor.
If maintenance/repair is required will notify Proprietor,
cost will either be deducted from monthly rent/insurance
policy claim or at Proprietor's discretion.
Will
liaise between Proprietor and Tenant when required.
Will
issue two warning letters to Tenants if problems arise.
If
problem persist will submit a termination notice to
Tenant.
At
end of tenancy, the apartment or villa is professionally
cleaned.
