How often will you inspect my villa or apartment?

All proprietors want their property to be maintained by the tenant as if it was their own.

When we start to manage your villa or apartment we record every detail of your property. We pride ourselves on the thoroughness of our inspections and we even photograph our properties to prove it.

Property inspections are carried out eight weeks after the start of each tenancy. This helps us establish how well your villa or apartment is being cared for in the initial stages of the tenancy.

We also proactively look for any maintenance problems that can be remedied quickly before they become bigger, more expensive issues.

After this initial inspection a regular schedule of inspections is set.

Occasionally we will recommend a refurbishment to maintain the villa or apartment in an attractive condition.

Should this occur, we will liaise with you and contractors to ensure minimal disruption to tenants, and your income.
